How to Join HQN
Heartland Quilt Network's (HQN) annual membership fee for Quilt Guilds, Quilting Professionals, and Supporting Sponsors is $25/annually.
HQN offers the option of joining HQN by mail (form fillable online) OR by completing the digital form below. When you complete the digital form, your payment can be made by credit card or by making a payment directly through your bank account.

Membership runs from July 1 through June 30. Send your membership form and check to:

The Membership Form is fillable. You may find it easier to download the form to your computer and complete it from there. This will allow you to save the completed form to your computer and then print it for mailing to the Membership Chair.
If you fill out the membership form manually, please fill out all information requested. Please PRINT the informationclearly. Sometimes "zeros" look like the letter "O" or vice versa, the letter "I" can look like the number "1". This presents problems, especially in email addresses and requires phone calls to get the correct information. Thank You!
